Boat tour

After having taken a seat on one of our two comfortable boats (20 and 30 seats respectively), we leave from the Tourist Port of Santa Maria Navarrese at 8:15 am to head north.

Along the coast you will come across Pedra Longa where immediately behind the spire, you can glimpse the golfetto di Forrola and it will be possible to admire Punta Giradili (about 730 meters high). After having contemplated and wishing to take a bath in the waters of Baus, continue to the Grotta dei Colombi where the queen’s falcons nest in season. After passing Capo Monte Santo you enter the Gulf of Orosei and continuing along the coast (we are still in the territory of Baunei) you will be able to see the small fjords of Portu Pedrosu and Portu Quau; after about 15 minutes below the cliffs Cala Goloritzé will appear Cala Goloritzé with its suggestive rock arch and limestone spire.

Continue to Cala Mariolu where, after approximately one hour of total navigation, you stop for an hour and a quarter; we will continue the navigation to Cala Biriola where the stop will also be around an hour and a quarter. After the stop in Cala Biriola, go back to the Piscine di Venere, reachable only by sea, characterized by perfectly turquoise water and beautiful semi-submerged white rocks, where the fifty-minute lunch stop will take place.

It is possible immediately after the lunch stop to pay a visit to the characteristic Grotta del Fico, the last refuge of the monk seal in the Mediterranean Sea, at a negligible additional cost (€ 8), or to stop again in Cala Biriola for about an hour, further enjoying what the splendid beach has to offer you.

After the possible visit or the further stop, continue towards the last stage of the excursion, Cala dei Gabbiani, where also in this case the stop will be around an hour and a quarter.

The excursion will end with the return to the Port of Santa Maria Navarrese at approximately 17:30.
